SAP SuccessFactors helps modernize Puratos’ HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, internal mobility, performance management, talent management, and recruiting. In this way, Puratos manages all of its head office and subsidiaries around the world in one and the same HRIS.


The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module was initially implemented.

A study found that over 40% of candidates apply using their mobile devices, leading Puratos to introduce the SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (SFRM) module. SFRM integrates mobile aspects and feedback from candidates, aiming to enhance retention throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

This Recruiting Marketing module was implemented by Arago in just 9 weeks: a record time for deploying an SAP project!
