context & goals

As a result of its growth, Grupo Casais faced growing challenges in managing its geographically dispersed workforce in an effective and consolidated way. It was decided to start its transformation with two essential HR processes that would enable a rapid return on investment and a noticeable gain in value: Recruitment and Training Management.

Later, in a second phase, we moved on to a more structural process with the management of employee data (registration) and the onboarding process.


The solution chosen was SAP SuccessFactors, as it is a Cloud and modular solution, offering total flexibility in the choice of implementation strategy but with the possibility of covering all the processes in the employee lifecycle.

The implementation approach for the first phase was Arago Fast, a project methodology certified by SAP, based on pre-parameterised scenarios that allowed us to reach Go-Live in a shorter space of time and with less investment and need for resources and availability of Grupo Casais teams.
