a single T&E management solution

Bial is a highly internationalised company and was looking for a single, global Travel and Expense Management solution for its main geographies. 
At the same time, as a result of its activity, there were also specific integration requirements with its pharmaceutical CRM IQVIA, in addition to Primavera payroll and ERP IFS.
The previous solution in use, developed to measure using a Low Code system, had limitations in terms of integrations, maintenance and harmonisation costs, as well as inefficient processes and a poor user experience.


SAP Concur was the solution chosen. The reasons were fundamental:
