As a result of its growth and internationalisation, Grupo Casais was faced with new challenges:

Integrating travel requests, their booking and the respective expense reimbursement on a single platform.
In parallel with the restructuring of the HR system, making the creation of traveller profiles autonomous in order to reduce manual efforts.
Improve expense management and the employee experience, following a basic model aimed at harmonisation and greater transparency.
Introduce analytical capabilities for employee spend.
Benefit from financial integration with the current SAP system, which can be migrated to S4.
