With the support of SAP SuccessFactors and Arago, Bureau Veritas developed a single core global model with uniform processes applicable across all countries, whilst also accommodating localisation and various languages.
The Employee Central core HR model was implemented in phase 1 for four countries (USA, France, India, Mexico), and the rollout was accomplished in phase 2 for Brazil, China, and Latin America.
Bureau Veritas has also entrusted Arago with the implementation and global support of its HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
