Founded in 2000, Nexity is a major player in the French real estate market. In a context where attracting and retaining qualified profiles is strategic, the group wanted to rethink the digital experience offered to its candidates in order to support its employer brand.
Before working with Arago, job offers were managed internally by the digital marketing teams and integrated in a standard way directly into the group’s corporate website. The lack of a dedicated careers space made the candidate journey less clear and could lead to a loss of applications.
