Throwback to the SAP Now AI Tour

In 2025, SAP France launched the SAP NOW AI Tour, a nationwide tour dedicated to artificial intelligence applied to business challenges. The event brought together over 600 customers and 30 partners to explore real-world use cases, live demos, and expert talks focused on transforming HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement.

Mersen Case Study – SAP SuccessFactors

How to transform a global HRIS without losing the richness of local practices?

Through the Themis project at Mersen, we presented a progressive and successful deployment approach for SAP SuccessFactors, driven by shared governance and a pragmatic vision of HR innovation.

Project objectives:

  • Modernize and harmonize HR processes globally
  • Strengthen Mersen’s corporate identity
  • Enhance employee experience, including shop-floor staff
  • Transform Mersen into a learning organization

Modules deployed: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development

  • January 2023: First Go-Live with a “Core HR light”
  • 2023: Core HR enrichment, data migration, payroll and LMS integration, Compensation module finalization
  • 2024: Recruiting & Onboarding completion, transition to “Run” mode with TMA by Arago
  • Future plans: Continuous process adaptation, feedback collection, AI integration exploration (Copilot/Joule) for new HR use cases

Transforming expense management at Bouygues Construction and Equans

Scope:

  • Equans: 10 countries currently being deployed with Arago
  • Bouygues Construction: 21 countries, 55,000 users
