Arago was delighted to take part in HR Connect Paris 2025 as a Gold Sponsor, one of the leading events bringing together HR professionals, industry experts and key players from across the HR ecosystem.
The event provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the challenges of HR transformation, innovation and best practices for helping organisations adapt to the evolving world of work.
During the event, our customer Limagrain, an international seed and agri-food group operating in 53 countries, shared its HR transformation journey.
Cédric de Beaumont, HRIS & Workforce Data Director at Limagrain, offered valuable insights into the implementation of a global HRIS built around a single operating model, designed to meet the needs of local teams while leveraging SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
Delivered in partnership with Arago, the project demonstrated how global governance can be successfully combined with the flexibility required to support local business needs.
Throughout the event, the Arago team welcomed visitors to its stand to showcase its expertise, share lessons learned from HRIS transformation projects, and discuss the challenges organisations face as they modernise their HR function.
The keynote sessions, expert workshops and networking opportunities enabled attendees to discover new approaches, exchange experiences and connect with peers in an environment designed to encourage meaningful discussions.
