To support its HR transformation, UM6P chose to digitise its processes with SAP SuccessFactors. This project was carried out in collaboration with Arago, which ensured that the solution was adapted to the university's specific needs and provided training for internal teams. The integration of SuccessFactors now makes it possible to streamline HR processes, virtualise administrative tasks and offer a more intuitive employee experience. The solution also facilitates the collection and analysis of relevant HR data, strengthening decision-making and collaboration between managers and HR teams.
