Pauline Chevauchée-Gispalou is an expert in resource management, staffing and delivery of HR and T&E application solutions. With a Master’s in wines and spirits, she developed strong customer experience and operational precision skills, which she naturally applied to software as a Customer Success Manager. At Arago for over 7 years, she progressed from Resource Manager to Chief Staffing Officer, aligning consultants with client needs, building a global Run team of 30 experts and scaling CSM functions across all solutions. She launched Arago in Canada in 2025 as Country Manager, establishing a strong North American presence, growing local teams, embedding Arago standards and continuing to lead global staffing.
