Marina Bizouard is a Customer Success Manager at Arago, with over 10 years of experience in HR and HRIS. She has a strong understanding of HR challenges, business processes and the operational issues faced by HR departments. In her role as CSM, she focuses on listening closely to her clients’ needs and challenges in order to deliver relevant, high‑value solutions. Having previously worked on the client side before moving into the integration world, Marina brings a unique dual perspective that enables her to fully understand organisations’ expectations, constraints and objectives. She now supports French and international clients in the optimisation and success of their HR and T&E projects.
