Arago wins the SAP Concur Distinguished Partner Award 2026

Arago received the SAP Concur Distinguished Partner Award at Concur Fusion 2026, the flagship event of the SAP Concur ecosystem, which took place in New Orleans.

This award, presented by SAP Concur to its most committed partners, recognises excellence in customer support, innovation and the ability to bring about lasting transformation in business expense management (Travel & Expense). For Arago, it represents much more than an award: it is confirmation that our approach, centred on listening, co-creation and human engagement, delivers concrete and measurable results.

This award specifically recognised our project carried out with Bouygues Construction. As part of an administrative audit, their teams needed to produce 4,700 supporting documents extracted from 130,000 lines of expense claims spanning three years. By immediately understanding the challenges involved, our teams developed a bespoke feature in less than a month within Extract-It™ (an application developed by Arago that allows you to quickly extract expenses and the corresponding supporting documents from your Concur Expense solution): automatic reconciliation of targeted lines, extraction of supporting documents, and output in a structured format ready for submission to auditors... The result: considerable time savings, guaranteed compliance and a reusable tool for future audits.
