Arago has now added Training Square, a SaaS training management solution, to its partner portfolio. This partnership is part of Arago’s strategy to offer its clients a comprehensive HR solutions ecosystem, covering the entire employee lifecycle, including professional development.
Training management is one of the most strategic HR processes, yet it is often one of the least well-supported by existing HRIS systems. Manual registrations, time-consuming reminders, scattered documents, and regulatory compliance that is difficult to ensure: training teams spend a large proportion of their time on administrative tasks with little added value.
“Training is a recurring blind spot in the HRIS projects we support. Companies often have an LMS, sometimes a well-structured HRIS, but rarely a tool that truly manages training processes from start to finish. Training Square fills this gap in a practical and effective way.”
Etienne Audoin, Head of Partnerships and Innovation at Arago
Training Square directly addresses this issue: as a TMS (Training Management System), the platform differs from LMS (Learning Management Systems) in its operational function. It manages the entire training process, from identifying needs to invoicing, including enrolment, performance reviews and regulatory reporting.
According to HR professionals, the administrative management of training is one of the heaviest burdens in the day-to-day work of training managers. The digitisation of this process is identified as a priority in HR roadmaps, particularly to meet legal obligations (performance reviews, six-year reviews, OPCO declarations) and to effectively manage the skills development plan.
Training Square enables companies to move from a reactive administrative approach to strategic skills management, based on reliable data and automated processes.
This partnership is in line with Arago’s strategy: to support its clients with the best solutions on the market across all their HR and finance challenges.
“We are always looking for solutions that deliver real, measurable business value to our clients, whilst being able to integrate with their existing HRIS. Training Square ticks all these boxes, and its position as a TMS expert truly complements the solutions we deploy on a daily basis. ”
Etienne Audoin, Head of Partnerships and Innovation at Arago

An LMS (Learning Management System) manages educational content and digital learning pathways. A TMS (Training Management System) manages the end-to-end training process: skills development plans, enrolment, administrative documents, interviews and reporting. The two solutions are complementary.
